This year we are growing eight varieties of garlic. Our "production crop" for 2009 consists largely of 5 varieties of hardneck garlic, and we are experimenting with 3 new varieties to see how they yield in our west coast environment. We are also growing 2 softneck garlic varieties.

Garlic designated as "Production" means that we will have this product for sale in 2009.  The designation "Test" means that we will not likely have bulbs for sale, or if so, in very small quantities.
