In 2011 we are growing eleven varieties of garlic.  We continue to experiment with  new varieties to see how they yield in our west coast environment. We are only growing one softneck variety as we find they do not do as well in our climate.

Garlic designated as "Production" means that we will have this product for sale in 2011.  The designation "Test" means that we will not likely have bulbs for sale, or if so, in very small quantities.
