WHAT’S THE REFUND POLICY OF THE CSA?
The farmer does their utmost best to provide a full bounty, however unforeseen circumstances can arise, such as extreme weather or significant pest damage, which may yield a lower crop. The consumer accepts some risk when joining a CSA Farm membership, with knowledge there is a possibility their share may not yield high returns. While we cannot guarantee how the season will go, we do plan accordingly and prepare for such events to the best of our ability and strive to provide you a fair share of the harvest. Once the season has started (June 16th) we do not provide refunds on CSA membership. If you can no longer fulfill your commitment for any reason, we may be able to provide a refund if we have someone willing to take it over on our waitlist or you have someone who can take over the remainder of your membership. Our consumers are vital to our success and our partnership is important to us. We will do our best to work with you.
