Saltspring Early Softneck

This soft neck garlic has a brilliant purple skin with irregular shaped bulbs. This variety is a personal favorite for its brilliant color and irregular shapes.

We have limited quantities of this garlic as it does not seem to do well on the west coast on a year to year basis.  We will discontinue this as a production variety in upcoming years.
